Alex Clement-Reichling
Advisor
After learning about Aviation Exploring during a Scout outing, Alex joined Post 218 as a youth member in the early 2000s. With a strong belief in giving back to others the opportunities he has received, Alex continued on as an advisor after becoming an adult. Although he has had many great personal experiences through Post 218, his favorite moments are seeing the growth of the youth from tentative new members to accomplished veterans in whatever fields they choose.

As the primary advisor for Post 218, Alex oversees the planning of meetings and activities, as well as working with youth officers to establish goals for the post. He also serves as the male advisor for AirVenture.
Bonnie Clement
Committee Chair
Bonnie Clement became involved with Post 218 when her children joined. She enjoys the aviation activities and continues to be part of Explorers, eventually becoming an Advisor.
"It is great to see young men and women with an interest in aviation learn more about careers. The hands-on projects in our shop, speakers who tell us about building their airplane or formation flying and tours of the airport fire station or control tower are always fun. But I especially love seeing how excited the youth are when volunteering at AirVenture each year."

As the Committee Chair for Post 218, Bonnie handles membership updates and helps coordinate meetings. She also serves as a female advisor for AirVenture.
Cheryl Clement-Reichling
Associate Advisor
After joining an aviation-loving family, Cheryl got roped into going to aviation events with Post 218. Although initially less knowledgeable of aviation, Cheryl took to it with enthusiasm and found more ways to get involved, from working the flightline at AirVenture to helping connect with networking contacts that help the post grow. She enjoys helping the youth focus their efforts to achieve more.

As one of the Associate Advisors, Cheryl helps coordinate meetings and reaches out to potential connections for Post 218. She also serves as a female advisor for AirVenture.
Gary Eyman
Associate Advisor
Gary was a member of Post 218 in the early 90s. He always carried fond memories of the post and the friends he met there. Fast forward to 2022, when he came back as an associate advisor when his son was old enough to be an Explorer. One of Gary's most memorable experiences was meeting Chuck Yeager in Oshkosh 1990, and Gary's son's similar experience meeting Victoria Yeager 35 years later in 2025. Gary hopes to create more great memories for today's youth to carry with them.Â

As one of Post 218's Associate Advisors, Gary coordinates fundraising activities and helps organize publicity events.
Laura Beschta
Associate Advisor
As one of the Associate Advisors, Laura acts as a liaison during Young Eagles events and helps coordinate Post 218 members (including "adopted" members) during AirVenture.
